Hello! I’m Audrey, a certified birth doula, lactation specialist, and mom of three. I believe every family deserves calm, confident support from the first flutter to the first cuddle. I believe that God has beautifully designed mamas for childbirth. He has a plan for each baby even before they are woven in the womb, and each life is precious in His sight. I am passionate about coming alongside mamas, supporting them through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Initial Consultation A 90-minute deep dive into your history, a full feeding observation, and an individualized breastfeeding plan.

Follow-Up Visit Fine-tuning techniques and adjusting the plan as your baby grows and changes.

Prenatal Feeding Education Get ahead of the curve! Learn the basics of milk production and what to expect in the first 72 hours.
